Everett Bieber, a USMC Vietnam Era Veteran, has built an exceptional career in the construction industry. A Business Management and Marketing graduate from Davenport University, Everett began his journey in general construction in New Mexico before leading major projects as President of B&N Construction in Texas, including schools, Exxon Oil Headquarters, and Houston Intercontinental Airport. As a Superintendent for Freedom Pipeline and Balfour Beatty, he managed significant projects such as the Miami Airport Expansion, Port Everglades Container Yard, and large-scale WASA sanitary installations. In 1998, Everett founded Wolverine Engineering Contractors, completing civil contracts for FDOT, Miami-Dade WASA, Broward County, and municipalities, with projects spanning water treatment plants, high-rise buildings, and Trump Towers in Fort Lauderdale. He has earned multiple awards, including the ABC Excellence in Construction and Craftsmanship Award, cementing his reputation as a leader in the construction field.

As President of Wolverine Engineering, Daniela Kaskey brings 24 years of experience in the construction industry, specializing in project development, construction and office management. She also has a decade-long background in commercial real estate, working with developers, owners and tenants on industrial and retail centers, leasing, sales, and site selection. Having lived in Sarasota for over 20 years, Daniela has built a strong network, collaborating closely with municipalities, developers, and general contractors. Her informed perspective of the market and dedication to exceptional service sets her apart in the industry. Daniela holds a Bachelor of Applied Arts in Merchandising and Design from Central Michigan University

Currently, Damion serves as the Director of Operations at Wolverine Engineering, where he plays a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing the company's operational processes. His strategic vision and leadership have been instrumental in driving the company's success and growth. Beyond his professional achievements, Damion is deeply committed to his family. He is married to Jennie, and together they have built a loving home. Damion is also actively involved in his children's lives, coaching his son's soccer and baseball teams. His passion for sports and mentorship is evident in the time and effort he dedicates to nurturing young talent and fostering teamwork. Damion Bieber exemplifies the balance between professional excellence and personal dedication, making a positive impact in both his career and community.
